–TMZ filmed Kelsey, Kayte and Faith leaving Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday . . . apparently with NO CAR SEAT.
–TMZ’s video shows Kayte getting into the backseat of their SUV and holding Faith on her lap. Then they drive away like that. (–Check it out here.)
–For the record, Kelsey’s rep claims that Faith was strapped into a car seat before they left the airport grounds and hit the streets of Los Angeles.
