This site is not responsible for any misunderstanding. For Most of you, your spouse is about escapism, leaving your humdrum existence for an exciting sexual escapade that will in the end, probably ruin your life. So you’d think that adulterers would aspire to cars that match their risky lifestyles.
But, as one unscientific survey would seem to indicate, they don’t. The 3,600 responses to a survey on the adulterer website AshleyMadison.com found that men prefer Toyotas and women prefer Hondas.
If having an affair is about the affair, where’s Porsche? How about a sleek Mercedes SLK? Would a hot woman really want to get involved with some dude showing up in his ratty Toyota Corolla? At least cheating Tiger Woods had the decency to have been driving a Cadillac Escalade the night his then-wife appears to have confronted him about his alleged multiple affairs.
At least showing a little bit of class, women over 45 named Lexus as their top choice.
“Cars can represent a lifestyle, denote financial success and show personality but our survey clearly proves that people having affairs are everyday people,” says Noel Biderman, AshleyMadison.com’s CEO, in a statement.
Sounds like this website should start a side business renting exotic cars to people pursuing exotic lifestyles. The site says it had responses from 2,520 men and 1,080 women in the U.S.
